MAC FADRA, Principal, is an experienced management professional in the elective, consumer, cosmetic and health care services industry with over 15 years of management, ownership, marketing and consulting experience.

He is an Executive Director at Nu/Hart Hair Clinics, a world leader in hair restoration.

He has held a number of senior positions including CEO of a chain of LASIK centers; Operating Executive for a NYC-based private equity firm; Vice-President; and Sr. Consultant for health care consulting firms including HMC, the former health systems consulting division of Booz Allen.

He launched his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Ross Perot’s flagship company and worked for CAP Advisors, the Company that launched and took Britesmile public.

Mac obtained his MBA & MPH from Columbia University in NYC and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. He is based in NYC and has lived, worked & studied in six countries.

PEACHY REYES, Associate, is a professional with media, writing, research, broadcasting and business experience. She has worked in a variety of positions including radio stations, show hosts and news anchor. She has written broadcast merchandise material as well as promotions, specials, and other events. Peachy is based in New York City and has spent the last two years in the cosmetic, elective and health care field with Cosmetic Medical Partners. She has a degree in Broadcast Communications.

IVETTE IGLESIAS, Manager, has over 20 years of experience in the development and management of ophthalmic and LASIK centers.  She has also acquired experience in cosmetic surgery and has served at a law firm.

She is presently implementing and overseeing our projects in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in the ophthalmic and cosmetic surgery sectors.

ROBERT L. RELOVA III, Project Manager, is an experienced technocrat, marketing and management professional with more than 18 years of experience in the corporate development of information technology, outsourcing and medical services projects.

He was the President and General Manager for Berlina Computer Technologies, a company that focused on systems development and integration, computer aided design and engineering (Unigraphics-EDS), Hewlett-Packard and IBM solutions.

His medical management experience includes The Loma Linda Eye and Tissue Bank (Loma Linda, U.S.A.) where he was a member of a labtech team, and with a medical research team that developed neuro-imaging at the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI), a technology that is currently in use in Computed Tomography (CT Scan) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), based at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)

He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from the International Academy in Management and Economics. He also attended the pre-med program with a major in Biology at La Sierra University and UCLA.

GINA BATALLA, Controller. Gina is an achievement-oriented financial professional with over 20 years of diversified experience in accounting, cash flow management, internal control & audit, accounting systems & procedures, financial statement preparation & performance reporting.

She has considerable experience in LASIK, anti-aging center, medical spa and cosmetic surgery accounting both in the U.S. and overseas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
