Cosmetic Medical Partners has developed a new and exciting concept called Cosmetic Medical Center or Medical Wellness Center that is a standalone building or structure that houses a myriad of independently owned and operated cosmetic, elective and other medical specialists, physicians and entities under one roof.

Tenants, cohabitants, and/or co-owners could include a medical spa, day spa, plastic surgeon, LASIK center, cosmetic gynecology center, cosmetic podiatry clinic, wellness center, age management clinic, medical weight loss center, hormone therapy practice, vein clinic, hair transplant center, fitness center, retail area, imaging, and other services.

Such a facility could also have common conference rooms, training rooms, shared waiting, common procedure rooms, a cafeteria, staff lounge, storage, and other amenities.

The idea would be to stimulate cross referrals, sharing of overhead, leveraging of infrastructure, strategic marketing, sharing of staff and resources, common surgical facilities, training rooms, cafeteria, conference facilities, and other benefits.
